ExoI・SAP処理ExoI & SAP Treatment

1. 10 μlのPCR産物のうち、4 μlを電気泳動し、バンドを確認する。Load 4 µL of the 10 µL PCR product on a gel and confirm the band.
2. 残りPCR産物約5 μlにExonuclease I, SAP混合液（1:1）を 1 μl入れる。Add 1 µL of Exonuclease I / SAP mixture (1:1) to the remaining ~5 µL of PCR product.
3. サーマルサイクラーのExo I SAP処理用のプロトコールで、37 °C・1時間、80 °C・30分、酵素反応及び酵素の失活を行う。Run the ExoI/SAP protocol in a thermal cycler: 37 °C for 1 hour (enzymatic reaction), then 80 °C for 30 min (enzyme inactivation).
